Itinerary

Welcome to Cartagena de Indias! An hour after your cruise ship docks, we will pick you up at the cruise port and, after introductions, we will board a vehicle for this panoramic tour of the city.

First, we will head to the iconic walls, where we will find the imposing Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas, Colombia’s most important fortress. These walls, which surround the historic center for 11 kilometers, were built at the end of the 16th century to defend the city from pirate attacks.

We will then pass by the Clock Tower, another of the city’s most emblematic monuments. Although the tower has undergone some modifications over the years, its function as a timekeeper remains intact.

We will continue the panoramic tour by reaching the highest point of the city, the 150-meter-high La Popa hill. Afterwards, we will venture into the streets of Getsemaní, a neighborhood full of colorful graffiti that has undergone a major social transformation. You will love its vibrant atmosphere!

Finally, to put the finishing touch on the experience, we will leave you with 15 minutes of free time in Las Bóvedas. In this artisan market, you can take the opportunity to pick up a souvenir from Cartagena.

Finally, we will say goodbye at the port after four hours of activity.
